Shipping Policy
  • Order Processing:
    We strive to process orders within 2 business days of receipt except for otherwise posted on the product description (including pre-sales). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method  within the United States (domestic) is USPS Media Mail with most deliveries occurring less than 8 business days from shipment date
    • Expedited Shipping: Currently no expedited shipping is available for domestic shipments.
    • International Shipping: USPS are utilized for all shipments internationally. The cost along with estimated delivery date is available during the checkout process
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard Shipping: The shipping cost is available to each customer during checkout based on the delivery address of the products.
    • Expedited Shipping: N.A.
    • International Shipping: The shipping rates are posted and available during checkout based on the location of the customer.
  • Returns & Exchanges:
    • Return Policy: We offer a 10-day return policy for damaged items only.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping Restrictions:
    • We currently only ship products within the United States and internationally to Canada and Australia.

    No GST, VAT or custom import duties are collected by the seller for any sales and shipments outside of the United States. The Customer is solely responsible for any and all taxes, import duties and fees due to the respective customs authority that might be applicable for the product being shipped. 

    Order Tracking:
    You can track your order's progress using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
    Damaged or Lost Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
